So apparently, if I bring a cage, I can bring the animal with me. I suppose the writer believed that bringing a cage is too hard, so it wouldn’t apply, but it would be simpler to just say “No animals”. Adding an adjective wasn’t really necessary in this case.

The name of something can be an important aspect, especially if it is one such name that stands out. Standing out is important for recognition and the better something stands out, the more likely it is to be recognized and remembered by potential newcomers to that which is trying to be recognized.

So, there was this one store with a very vibrant logo, and that aspect is memorable, but Japan has a lot of odd names for things and this was no exception. “Can More” is a slight error. “Can Do More” is correct, although it’s hard to say that if this fits in with the store’s intentions.
