Well it was so hot that my darling looked like as if he were going to die on his bed.
Yesterday we went to the neighborhood pool together.
I bought a swimsuit on sale. I really started diet.
Darling got fat after we started going out.
We often said we should go swimming to lose weight.
But we didn`t have a chance to go.
It has been 10 years since I swam last time.
Even walking in the pool was difficult for me.
I`m not surprised he swam very well because he swam almost everyday when he was a student.
He was so cool!!
It costs 300 yen per 1 hour and it costs 500 yen for 1 day.
It is really cheap.
I heard it costs 1$ or 3$ in America.
It is cheap, too.
He said that he often used public pool when he was in America.

Recently he’s put on a bit of weight.
I hope he becomes muscular again.
I continue swimming for diet and want to have a great body.
