How about healthy Japanese Foods?
Japanese people call their food “washoku”.
Lately, Japanese food has been paid more attention worldwide.
The United States has started adopting Japanese food due to
its low fat diet for those who suffer heart dieases.
American people found “tofu” is very healthy although soybeans
had been only fed to animals in the past.
Japanese people eat “tofu” in many ways such as cold “tofu”,
tofu in a hot pot and fried tofu in broth.
My darling likes the miso soup of tofu, too.
Many of Japanese dishes feature seaweeds, konnyaku potatoes
and Japanese mushrooms.
Those ingredients are cholesterol free nutritious full
filling food, and therefore preferred by those who want to
have healthy diet for thier weight control or adult diseases.

dating while admiring the fall foliage in the delicious
“washoku” restaurant?
