I can’t��relax because of this extreme heat.

But we can buy a air-conditioner.

The extreme heat beats us and but theair-conditioning saves us.
With the air-conditioning, we feel so nice everyday.
And thanks to the air-conditioning, we��have less��quarrels.

I lost my appetite because of the heat, but��I recovered it and I have to continue diet again.
In my twenty`s it was easy to lose some weight, but it is became so difficult now.
It is so difficult to lose even1 kilo.

By the way I have a thing to tell you
Thanks to��my boyfriend��at last I became to be able to breathe when I`m swimming.
He never gave up and taught me how to breathe.
And my figure is getting better.
I`ll keep to go swimming and expect I`ll be slim more and more!!

Recently we take care of our food. We always eat healthy.
We cut down on salt intake, and eat mildly.
Exactly going on diets is difficult, but to continue is so important.
We never give up and stick to diet!!
If we do something together we enjoy it, even it is difficult thing.
