Summer has come!!

When we have a time, we often go swimming to get away from the heat.
I told you last time, but we don`t have an air conditioner so it`s so hard to spend in our house.
Now we have wonderful news
We can buy some goods for getting away from the heat.

First we bought a ���cool mat��� which is a mat made from gel.

When we sleep on the mat, we feel cool because of the gel.
But there is a bad thing.
It is getting warmer because of our body heat.

1hour after we start sleeping, it becomes hot.
It was mistake for us to buy the mat.

Next we bought a belt for neck and ankle.

When we go to bed, we put cold gel pack in the belt.
It is so much better than I expected.
We can`t sleep without it.

Another thing which we recommend is ���cool gel���.

When we feel heat, we put it on our body directly.
I heard that it is one of the goods for preventing Hyperthermia.
It is so nice when we sleep after we put it on our body.

We came up with many ideas to sleep comfortable.
We often had quarrel when we couldn`t sleep because of the heat.
But now we get along well.
Both of us were so excited to see those cool goods.
What an eco couple we are!
