It`s so hot today, too.

It`s difficult to beat the heat for my darling and me, coz we don`t have an air conditioner.
But we sweat so much because of the heat, our diet is going well!!
And a happy thing happened to me.
I told you last time that my darling says what he thinks in directly to me.
I don`t know it`s good or bad thing to me.
When I`m said something directly from him, I get hurt, but this time I was so happy.

Before I started swimming diet, he told me that my hips��were sagging.
I was so shocked to hear that.��
I started swimming diet since.
It`s been three weeks or so since I started diet.
He said to me, ���You look better. You look very fit!!���
I was so happy to hear that.
He always tells what he thinks in his mind directly to me.
It means that the thing he said to me was real thing.
I really feel that exactly my hips are more tightened than before.��
Exercise is really important, isn`t it?
I went swimming two days in a row.
I tried to go swimming today, too, but I couldn`t go.
I was too tired to go swimming three days in a row.
I think it is not good to push myself hard.
I will go swimming tomorrow with my darling.

I think that Japanese men should also tell what they think in their mind directly.
If they do so, it may turn into good result.
But don`t forget to back it up later!!
