There’s never a dull moment during free play!
This is one of our favorite parts of the day because the children get to follow their own interests, choose what they want to play with, and let their imaginations run wild. From building with LEGO® and New Blocks to creating little worlds with their friends, every child finds their own way to play, create, and explore.
And our little builders? They are seriously impressive!
Give them a pile of blocks and, before you know it, they’ve transformed them into dinosaurs, cars, trains, rockets, and all kinds of incredible creations. We love watching them figure things out as they build—trying different pieces, changing their designs, and proudly showing off their finished masterpieces.
Sometimes they build on their own, and sometimes a few friends join forces and turn one idea into an even bigger creation. Along the way, they’re naturally practicing communication, cooperation, problem-solving, and creative thinking without even realizing they’re learning.
That’s the magic of play. ❤
A simple pile of blocks can become just about anything when you give children the freedom to imagine. And honestly, some of the things they come up with never fail to surprise us!
