平塚市で、未就学のお子さまと保護者の方が一緒に楽しめる「親子であそぼう！フェスティバル」が開催されます🏃♀️✨
親子で楽しめるふれあい遊びをはじめ、レジ袋を使った簡単な体力づくりなど、楽しく身体を動かせるプログラムが予定されています！
「スポーツ」というと少しハードルが高く感じるかもしれませんが、小さなお子さまも楽しめる内容なので、親子で身体を動かすきっかけにもなりそうですね😊

Looking for a fun way to get moving with your little one?
Here’s a family-friendly event happening right here in Hiratsuka! 💛
The Parent & Child Sports Festival is a wonderful opportunity for preschool-aged children and their families to enjoy active play together.
The program includes fun parent-and-child activities, including simple fitness games using plastic bags, along with other playful activities designed to get everyone moving, laughing, and connecting! 🏃♀️🎈
It’s a great chance for children to experience the joy of being active while spending quality time with their grown-ups.
