Hello! We’re Sunrise Kids International School! 🌞✨
Afternoons at Sunrise Kids are filled with fun and learning, including our English lessons!
Our preschoolers sit together with their teachers and enjoy learning English through a variety of activities. Our older children are beginning to work on writing, practicing letters and simple words while listening carefully to their teachers and trying out new sounds and vocabulary. Seeing their little faces light up when they recognize a letter or successfully say a new word is always such a wonderful moment! ✏️✨
For our little ones, English is all about having fun and becoming familiar with the sounds and rhythm of the language. They sing English songs, dance along to the music, and copy their teachers’ movements and gestures. 🎵💃 Even before they fully understand the meaning of the words, they are naturally taking in the sounds of English through songs, play, and everyday interactions.
At our school, we believe that learning a language is about much more than simply sitting at a desk and memorizing words. We want our children to hear English, speak it, move to it, play with it, and most importantly, enjoy it! 🌎💕
By surrounding our children with English every day, we hope to create an environment where English feels natural and familiar. Every little “I did it!” and “I understand!” is an important step in building their confidence and curiosity.
The early years are such a special time when children are naturally open to new sounds, languages, and experiences. That’s why we treasure every little moment of their childhood and every opportunity to give them an English shower—filling their days with plenty of English through meaningful experiences, songs, conversations, and play. 🚿✨
We’ll continue to make every English-learning moment fun, joyful, and meaningful, helping our children discover just how exciting the world of English can be! 🌈🌍💕
🌈 English Lesson Time
午後の時間には、みんなのお楽しみのEnglish Lessonがあります！
幼児さんたちは椅子に座って、先生のお話を聞きながら楽しく英語のお勉強。お兄さん・お姉さんクラスでは、アルファベットや単語のライティングにも挑戦しています。先生の発音を聞いて、真似して声に出してみたり、知っている英単語を見つけて嬉しそうに答えたりと、少しずつ「英語がわかる！」という経験を積み重ねています。
一方、乳児さんたちは英語の歌や手遊びを楽しみながら、自然な形で英語に触れています♪🎵
音楽に合わせて体を揺らしたり、先生の動きを真似したり、聞こえてくる英語の音に耳を傾けたり……。まだ言葉として理解していなくても、歌や遊びを通して英語の音やリズムをたっぷり吸収しています。
毎日の生活の中で英語を聞き、見て、声に出して、そして楽しむ。そんな積み重ねが、子どもたちの「英語って楽しい！」という気持ちにつながっていきます。
幼い頃は、さまざまな音や言葉を柔軟に吸収できる大切な時期。だからこそ、机に向かって学ぶだけではなく、遊びや歌、会話を通してたくさんの英語に触れる“英語のシャワー”を大切にしています。🚿✨
一日一日の小さな「できた！」や「わかった！」を大切にしながら、子どもたちが楽しみながら英語の世界を広げていけるように。
今しかないこの大切な時期の一瞬一瞬を大切に、これからもたくさんの英語との出会いを届けていきたいと思います🌎💕
