Letters to Santa

At Sunrise, we are very lucky to have kids who love reading and writing. Perhaps one of the reasons they have taken to it so well is that we emphasize the practical uses of reading and writing. Christmas provides us a great opportunity to impress upon the kids what a useful tool writing can be. And not only that, the results are so cute!
First the kids thought about what they wanted and practiced writing on a template.
Of course, Mr. Vinnie was on hand to provide some help.
While letters are nice, Santa Claus gets millions every year. We need to make them look good! Thankfully we have some really creative kids who created some really cute frames.
“Dear Santa,
I’ve been a good kid this year. I help my little brother and sister and I’m nice to them. I want a Precure Kira Poiti for Christmas. Thank you and Merry Christmas.”
With kids as nice as ours, I’m sure we are in for a Merry Christmas!
